About
Although my experience includes print (physical)/digital arts with an extension to broadcasting, I currently do a few tasks around the island of Saipan of the Northern Marianas. I advocate for the stewardship of marine resources across the archipelago of the Northern Marianas Islands. I make time to listen, absorb, and learn of the different perspectives regarding marine stewardship initiatives from different villagers of contrasting/similar walks of life. Ranges from local government agents, village elders, to concerned youth and others. Within that scope, I also attend various workshops, webinars, conferences that discusses facets of natural resources management, conservation methods, environmental projects to name a few. Additionally, I contribute some time with the Digital Archive’s Preservation Lab through the Northern Marianas Humanities Council's Archives & Records Team. The Humanities Council host events across the island of Saipan, Tinian, and Rota where members welcome and educate participants about digitizing their memorabilia to be part of a digital archive. I gradually task what my body, soul, and mind can handle.
